OUR POLICIES

Booking Policy
​

A deposit of the first night’s stay (plus taxes) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Please note: We are located in a lively part of town with an on-site pub that hosts weekly live music events. While we do our best to accommodate all preferences, we cannot guarantee total quiet during your stay.

​

Check-in time is 5:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested in advance but are subject to availability.
 

Cancellation & Reservation Changes
​

At The MAQ Hotel, we understand that travel plans can shift. We do our best to remain flexible while also protecting our small business.

​

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $30 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Changes to your reservation (such as shortening your stay) made more than 14 days before arrival may be made without penalty.

  • Changes made within 14 days of arrival will incur a $30 fee per night cancelled.

  • Early departures after check-in are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the remaining nights on your reservation.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (such as a natural disaster), deposits may be held as a credit for a future reservation.
 

Guarantee Policy

Please note: We do not accept debit cards for deposit payments. A valid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express is required for your booking to be confirmed.
 

Pet Policy
​

We love welcoming dogs to The MAQ! However, not all rooms are pet-friendly, so please confirm with our staff before arrival if you plan to bring your dog.
 

  • A pet fee of $50 per stay will be added to your reservation.

  • If additional cleaning is required after check-out, a cleaning fee of up to $200 may apply.

  • Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time. Need a pet sitter? We’re happy to connect you with a local service.

  • If you arrive with a pet and have not arranged a pet-friendly room, we may need to cancel your reservation unless availability allows for reassignment.

  • Unregistered pets are subject to an additional fee.
